The Eco-Rate includes eliminating regular cleaning and toweling services, which reduces water and energy consumption. Guests who choose the Eco-Rate will receive a 10% discount on the apartment price published on our website.

However, we want to make sure that you are still comfortable. If you would like cleaning or a change of bed linen or terry towels during your stay, you can order them for a fee. You can find a compilation of additional services here.
